4 Week Yoga for Paddle Boarders

Service Description

Looking to feel more balanced & at ease on your board? Do you simply like the idea of an energising outdoor Yoga practice? This Yoga flow will take place by the waterside at Three Rivers Pitch & Paddle campsite and will focus on building core strength and stability to help you glide through the water. Every time you paddle with a power stroke and bend your knees you work a range of muscles including your lower calf, upper calf, abductors, hamstrings, quads and your glutes and our Yoga Flow will target these. We will also use breath to bring calm and stillness to the mind so you will be able to be fully present and enjoy every moment when you are out on the water. Please note this is NOT Yoga on a paddle board it is a land-based practice.
