Looking for a way of bringing some movement and relaxation into your weekly routine. If you would like an hour just to tune into you this could be what you need. Classes are suitable for everyone, there are always options ad modifications.
The physical poses of yoga and how they can build strength and mobility to enhance our daily lives.
Breathing techniques which can enhance our wellbeing be that through energising our mind and body or bringing stillness and calm in moments of stress.
The importance of making time for yourself, for movement and relaxation in a non-competitive and non-judgmental environment.
£8.00 per class or £35.00 for a block of 5 (no need take them consecutively).
