Yoga for Balance & Strength

Movement - A Yoga practice which combines classic poses, seamlessly moving from one to another. It can improve stability, balance & mobility and help to build muscle.

You will leave feeling balanced, re-aligned and rejuvenated.

Waterside Yoga
Celebrate Summer

A Yoga flow to celebrate the energy of summer.

Enjoy an exhilarating outdoor Yoga Flow with a stunning river view. 
Practice will be waterside at Three Rivers  Pitch & Paddle campsite and themed around the energy & beauty of summer.  Expect Sun Salutations, a flow to build strength and power, and movement to enhance the vitality of long light evenings.

£6 per class or £20 for a block of 4.

Allow 10 minutes to walk from parking at Reception

to the Yoga space.

Chair Yoga

Making a Yoga practice more accesible.  Your Yoga practice can be entirely seated or incorporate standing poses using a chair for support and stability.

Well suited to seniors or anyone whose mobility prevents them accessing a floor based practice.
