It's the perfect time to get out and about. Here are my top tips for your spring time stroll.
A walk for pleasure
Enjoy time planning your route, it's about the journey as much as the destination. (I can spend hours pouring over an OS map)
Forget about your step count. It's an arbitrary figure and it really doesn't matter.
Don't be put off by the weather
Don't think you need to climb Everest there is plenty to discover in a 20 minute walk from your doorstep
If possible put your phone on silent

Think about a walking meditation
Let your thoughts take you wherever they want to go; you might find inspiration or creativity comes to you or even the solution to a problem that has been bugging you.
