I teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga and my classes explore the many facets of yoga.  The movement and poses of yoga and how they can build strength and mobility to enhance our daily lives and the power of breath to still and calm the mind.  The sheer joy of movement and clarity of mind I have discovered through yoga has enhanced every aspect of my life from the biggest challenges to the simplest of pleasures.  Join me to learn and grow as you discover your yoga practice.
